| Indianapolis, Ind., July 23, 1999 - Nachi America, Inc. recently introduced its new Excel Series Flush Ground Angular Contact Bearings. This new design is flush ground for versatility, ease of assembly and simplified inventory control.
Nachi Flush Ground Angular Contact Ball Bearings can be mounted in any configuration. Due to universal flush grinding, the bearings can be mounted as DB, DF and DT pairs, or combined to form triplex and quad sets. This design facilitates inventory control and allows for ease of selection when ready to be used.
The Flush Ground Angular Contact Bearings are manufactured to ABEC 3 tolerances. Many competing products offer an ABEC 1 with ABEC 3 features, while Nachi offers ABEC 3 throughout.
Due to a 40-degree contact angle, the Excel Series bearings can carry a combination of radial and thrust loads. Additionally, the machined bronze cage is the best cage to achieve speed with minimal temperature rise.
