Terms:
- Due and payable in full within 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Nachi reserves the right to suspend shipments and decline orders to any and all Customers with invoices older than 30 days and/or over their assigned credit limit. Accounts 60 days old will be placed on hold until payment is received.
- Accounts over 90 days old will be assigned to a collection agency.
Invoices:
- Invoices will be sent to the Customer via fax or email as requested by customer.

Warranty Terms & Conditions:
Nachi (the “Company”) warrants to original equipment manufacturers and to industrial and commercial distributors and users of Nachi brand products (the “Products”) purchased from the Company that each new Product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship. The Company’s sole obligation under this warranty is limited to furnishing, without additional charge, a replacement for or, at its option, repairing or issuing credit for any Product which shall within one year from the date of sale by the Company be returned freight prepaid to the warehouse designated by a Company representative and which upon inspection is determined by the Company to be defective in materials or workmanship. Complete information as to operating conditions, machine setup and application of cutting fluid should accompany any returned Product. This warranty shall not only apply to any Product which has been subjected to misuse, improper operating conditions, improper machine setup or improper application of cutting fluid or which has been repaired or altered if such repair or alteration in the Company’s judgment would adversely affect performance of the Product. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The Company’s sole liability on any claim of any kind, whether in contract, or otherwise, for any loss or damage arising out of , connected with, or resulting from the manufacture, sale, delivery or use of the Product shall in no case exceed the cost of replacement or repair as provided herein. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. There are no other warranties, express or implied, made by the Company to original equipment manufacturers or to industrial or commercial distributors or users except the warranty against defects in material and workmanship set forth above, and the Company neither assumes nor authorizes any person or firm to assume for it any other obligations or liability in connection with its Products.
